WORK PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

I believe in using the skills and experience I have to motivate and inspire people to have a successful and meaningful career. As an employee I believe it is essential to have good moral character, to be honest, dependable, assertive, and innovative, and to demonstrate leadership qualities in order to be productive and efficient. I believe in collaborating with co-workers and otherwise demonstrating a strong team orientation. I also believe in being a self-starter; someone who will take the initiative to learn new skills as needed and take on additional challenges and projects to improve my knowledge and abilities of the organization. My ideal work environment is one that involves cohesiveness, accountability, trust, flexibility, security, and camaraderie; one that promotes team building, supports employee development, and provides opportunities for advancement; and one that rewards hard work, recognizes when people take on additional projects and assignments, and genuinely shows overall appreciation for their employees’ contribution to carrying out the mission of the organization.
