Organizational studies is an emerging field of study that has not yet earned a reputation
worthy of being categorized as an official academic discipline. However, this program is ever achieving the deserved
recognition and acquiring increased student interest with more and more graduates from this program. The Organizational
Studies concentration is about identifying organizations and understanding them and complex issues from multiple disciplinary
perspectives as well as personally relating them to current and future individual life experiences. It is defined as utilizing
any and all academic courses to merge applicable principles, concepts, and theories to benefit a current or potential career
and/or develop knowledge and skills for significant and successful life experiences.
